I read Deathly Hallows in a day...

It took me 3 months to read my actual summer reading books that year:p

I like literature..but I used to get some stinkers as summer reading books...nobody wants to read a 900 pg Peter the Great book when Harry is fighting Voldemort.

Seriously, half the recommended Battle Books at my school sucked.. No wonder I stopped reading them.

On a side note, I just finish reading Ms. Peregrines Home for Peculiar Children.. I was going to see the movie untill I realized 2010's Tim Burton was directing it.

I read the Harry Potter book series 2 - 7 all in Spring Break or 9 1/2 days. They were so good :D Of course since I binged read I don't remember most of them  But I do know somethings like :
  • Harry Potter is a Slytherin
  • Draco Malfoy is a Hufflepuff
  • Severus Snape is secrecltly a muggle
  • Tom Riddle is secretly the head of the Harry Potter Fan Club at Pigfarts
  • And my favorite book was Harry Potter & the Temple of Doom
I know I'm the knowitall for Harry Potter things

I remember the books they assigned for Summer reading at my school. In elementary I got to choose all of my books :D Plus there was a competition to read all the Sunshine State Books. I got super close I was only missing the super boring ones.
In my 6th grade year I had to read Maniac McGee which I never actually read....but I did read Kingdom Keepers 1 - 3 :D
For 7th grade I read the Wednesday Wars it sounded promising, but it wasn't But on the bright side I also read Fable Haven :D
8th grade year I know I read Speak, but that was the end of the year can't remember any of the summer reading books I read. Except that for my additional book I choose The Book Theif.
So far this year I have read The Count of Monte Cristo which I never finished , To Kill a Mockingbird which was really boring, and just finished 20 minutes ago 1984 which was okay. I have to read some Greek Mythology book t the end of the yea. Probably going to be the Odyssey . For fun this year I have read Before Tomorrowland, The Kingdom keepers Spinoff based on Disneyland, and I plan on reading Wicked.

To Kill a Mockingbird I actually enjoyed...:D As 1984.

In high school I remember freshman year was mostly Shakespeare, Lord of the Flies, Hard Times by Dickens (very depressing:grumpy:), Arabian Nights and Days off the top of my head. I know there was more though...
