The fall/winter most wanted games

I am looking most forward to

*Mass Effect
*Two worlds
*Assassins Creed
*Blue Dragon

All of them are for the xbox 360. Mass effect just looks sick, I cant believe how cool this game looks. It looks like Knights of the old republic but much much better. Of course it is made by the same people.

It looks like this fall and winter will be a great time for video games. So many high profile games coming out like:
*Halo 3
*GTA 4
*smash bros.
*metroid prime
*Bio shock
plus a lot more, whats everyone else looking forward to?

The last thing I read on that was it fell out of 08' and is now a fiscal 09' date. So you now have a year maybe 2, I hope not the game does look very cool.

Oh yea I forgot about that one, I thought it was on the Q1 08' list. Are you one of the repoted 4 million people who pre ordered halo3? Looks like that one will be huge.

I forgot a big one (at least for me) NiGHTS into dreams 2 for the Wii. The Sega Saturn version was very cool and the play control lends itself to the Wii, its a perfect fit. This could push me to getting a Wii.

Yeah... I was all pumped about Spore. They even brought in Robin Williams to play the demo at E3 last year. And now its been pushed back to 2009 at the earliest.

So... I have given up on it.

I am psyched about GTA 4. However... I dont wanna run out and buy a console just to play it (I just bought a l33t gaming machine 6 mos ago).

But... I did run out and buy a PS2 just to play GTA 3 and GTA Vice City... San Andreas... etc. So one never knows. If GTA4 lives up to the hype... and if Sony drops the price of the PS3 again around x-mas... I might splurge. :lol: :shrug:

If the 360 takes the price cut they are talking about that would be the way to go as far as not spending a ton. Rockstar gave the 360 the downloadable exlusive eposodic content as of now the ps3 wont have any. Either way the game is going to be HUGE.

Ho yes i pre-ordered it. I actually just paid it off 2 days ago. Guitar Hero 3 will be great too. I just beat Expert so its getting kind of boring.

I would definately recommend the 360, unless you don't have high-speed internet. Xbox Live turns a beaten, boring game into a fun online expierience that you can enjoy for a long while.

Did you get into the online beta? I had a couple friends that did and they said it was a ton of fun to play online.

I dont have high-speed and I would still recomend it just based on the games. The system is less than PS3 (even with the cut) and they have a better selection of games.

You know what the best bart of the whole crackdown thing was. You didnt have to buy it, you just had to rent it and use the code off the disc. Thats what my friends did. :lol:

Is anyone paying any attention to E3?

The word got around very quick so if you didnt get it early it probably wasnt going to happen.

Microsoft showed gameplay from the halo3 single player and it looks a ton better than the beta. Its looking good so far.

Well it looks like you will have to wait for GTA-4. Rockstar just pushed it way back, to april 08 ish. It wasnt a game I was going to pick up but I know a lot of people who are going to be VERY disapointed. I dont see it hurting xbox as much as ps3, xbox still has halo-3. (Im not getting that either)
