The Enchanted Movie

I love how the references were homages rather parodies, it's the anti-Shrek. And damn there were sooo many references from cameos, to the music to the names, everything. For some reason my favorite part is the very start when the camera starts zooming into the window on the Disney castle. From right there the movie just took my breath away and never gave it back. It's a compilation of everything that was great about disney while working it into a real modern-day fairy tale simply about love.

Same feeling here! The start like that really had my mind thinking this is different and cool!

Either way, it comes down to whether or not TWDC thinks it would be profitable in the long run to buy the rights to Amy Adams' likeness permanently. If they do, then she'll be added to the Princesses.

From what I hear Amy Adams balked at Disney's terms and so Gisele has been withdrawn from the princess lineup, in spite of the fact that she was announced as a "Disney Princess" with much fanfare in November... It's too bad that they want so much creative control over the Princess lineup and that they weren't willing to offer an agreement similar to what they offered Johnny Depp for the rights to Jack Sparrow.

Really? I think once you sign on for a movie, the company can control your likeness for all promotional material.

I'm sure Disney thought ahead to include using her as a "Princess."
