The D-Troops

Unless this was a joke, I remember hearing over and over that "all will be revealed" about the "D-Troops" plans on January 4th. It's January 20th and I still don't know what the D-Troops are! Is it not yet ready or has the plan collapsed? Does anyone have information? What are the plans? If we know the plans, what are people's opinions on the them?

(Personally, I don't feel safe with an army being led by a bear... just joking, General.) :wave:
