The day after the park opened I meandered into Dok-Ondar's shop, bought myself a Sith holocron and a kyber crystal and ended up with this beauty! Presenting the Black Kyber Crystal!! Now I'm going to buy a custom lightsaber just for it!

i was going to buy a Holocron but at the end didn't. I was a bit dissapointed of the material used for the price, it would be great to hear a review about it from someone that bought one.

No. Black is the absence of light. The blades sold with sabers can’t produce an effect like that.
The black crystals produce red blades.
It produces a red blade because it is a crystal imbued with the dark side. So far no difference when compared to the red crystal but I don’t get a saber until tomorrow so I haven’t tested myself. It is amazing in the holocron, it’s Snokes voice, holocron glows red and it has at least half a dozen of Snokes quotes. The Sith Holocron, in my opinion, is worth every penny if you’ve followed the lore. I love it, one of the best Star Wars toys I’ve ever bought and a custom saber is next!
