Hi folks,Hoping to get a ADR for California Grill this year,and looking at the menu the seared bison has intrigued me.I love my steaks,from fillet to t-bones,but I've never tried bison,just wondering what it's like compared to. I would imagine it's a strong meat,like venison,but I could be way off.Has anyone had bison,and if so what's your best description? Cheers.
