Lisa and Nick, I'm right with you. When we saw commercials during it for ER coming on at 9 as usual, we started questionning. We KNEW it said that tonight would be the finale and I just thought it would be 2 hours. Well, guess we were lied to. Tana was WAY too over-confident and I did not like how she degraded her team the whole time.

And what was with her attitute at night when Kendra said her team loved her and asked what happened with Tana's team. Tana just left the bathroom and went straight to bed. Guess she can't handle what we thought she could.

I'm all for Kendra now after looking back at it all and seeing how much worse Tana really is. I was pulling for book smarts since the start, so now I'm keeping it that way!

Tana was a disaster! She looked like she could very well lead the PTA but she was way out of her league with this task. Not getting the American flag? Ignoring the governer's aid!!!! Totally putting down her teammates the entire time? And What was that whole thing about not walking out with your teammates because the boss shouldn't mix with the help attitude?????

I enjoyed Tana's fake interlude with Kendra once the tasks were finished. was it obvious to everyone else? She's such a snake.

Yeah, her task was a disaster. But to be fair, it was a much harder task than Kendra's, in my opinion. Also, if someone gave me a box of flags, I would also assume each flag was in there. I wouldn't run down a checklist with them. "Is Trinidad in here? Good. How about Sri Lanka? Ok. And Guam?..."

But yeah, it was a mess. And her sneaking around so that she wasn't leaving at the same time as her team was just bizarre. LOL.

Before Tana and Kendra left for their final boardroom, Tana mentioned in a voice over that she would win because she's a leader and Kendra is not. That was perhaps the single most delusional statement she made during the season. Yes, Tana had a crappy team of hotheads. However, she knew these people. Thus, she should have known what it would take to get them to help on the task. Chris, in particular, really wanted to "win" the task. Through proper ego-stroking and enthusiasm, she could have funneled his energy into something positive. Also, if she knew Kristen was a dunderheaded waste of time, why wouldn't she proofread her work? Tana is a talented individual, but not a Leader.

To me, there's no real suspense for next week's show. Kendra has this in the bag. In fact, if Tana does win, Trumpy and the show will lose whatever credibility they may have had.

At least next week will be a live Finale (I'm guessing like last season I think it was). So hopefully everyone has watched all of the episodes and if they did like Tana, maybe she fell out of their good graces with them when she did with me, on the Pontiac task, where Kendra did the whole brochure by herself (and Tana taking over in the meeting like she did it all). Kendras far more creative than Tana, and the more I see of Tana I hope she loses. I was actually pulling for her in the beginning, definately not now (and darn, I was actually wanting the street smarts to win lol) Oh well, I'm for Kendra 100% She wasn't horrible to her "employees" like Tana was. And what was that at the end, where Tana said something like she wasn't going to walk out with the others, that she was an "Executive" Oh please, you know her group will be laughing so hard next week since they saw how horrible she talked about them. Can't wait ....oh, and don't forget Survivor finale is on Sunday this week.

Yeah, I'll be on a plane next Thursday night to WDW. Hopefully they can show it on the plane televisions.

If not, we'll have to record it. At least Survivor is over this Sunday so I don't miss any of that.

I switched from Tana to Kendra during the Pontiac task, too. :lookaroun

Tana was absolutely making herself look stupid with all of her over-confident comments! I thought her task was a mess and that SHE was a mess!

I agree with NICHOLAS. It appeared to me that the Olympics event was WAY more complex to handle than the Video Game Championships! I wonder if Trump was setting Tana up for failure so he could hire his "BOOK SMARTS" candidate and make some statement about that????

Anyway, I can't take anything away from Kendra, as she won me over as a fan with her performance on the tasks. While not a huge fan of her personality and mannerisms, she certainly has proven she can get her jobs done!

I thought the same thing. I sometimes think Trumps a snob when it comes to "book smarts". I got a little annoyed the way he was questioning Tana about why she didnt have college. Well, there are alot of reasons people dont go to college. Not everyone had a real estate developer father who could afford Wharton, Donald :lol: And not every successful person out there went to college. The fact that "street smarts" had a higher, well, net worth, than "book smarts" sort of shows that :animwink:

I liked Bill. I wasnt really a Kelly fan myself. I dont think that he lacked ability, just had no personality. Of course I still havent fully recovered from my sweet Troy being fired

I kind of wondered if Bill would stay with him. Thats great. I saw Troy on something recently and I can't remember what. Whatever it was he was on everyone was cheering...he seems to be pretty loveable.

I'm trying to remember last season, but didn't they go through and different executives, CEO's, Bill and others vote for who they wanted to win? I wonder if they'll do that this year.

I know! I was expecting it to be 2 hours and then... "scenes from the next episode" I thought that was the last episode! oh well!

I'm going for Kendra. I have been going for her since the Potianc Brochure. Even in the golfing task she was the one who had the idea to got out and market with all the surrouding companies. I thought it was kind of funny when Tana was thinking she did an awesome job. How could she not proofread the brochure kristen made? I also hated the way she treated who team. Yeah maybe they were hard to work with, but didn't she understand that that was the point of the task? And if she'd going to treat them like dirt that's what she is going to get out of them. Kendra did fine with her team.

That's quite a change going from ONE three-hour finale to THREE one-hour shows!

I bet they came up a week short when that girl quit near the beginning. Was her name Wanda or something? The one that walked out after the Motel renovation task?

That might explain part of the "extended" finale show, but com'on already.

I just realized I am getting cranky cuz the weather is finally getting nicer and I don't want to watch TV any more! I want to put my TiVO in "summer mode"! HAHA! :lol:
