The agony of waiting!!

I have been waiting anxiously for a little over a week now. I had my phone interview on Oct. 15th. When will the letter holding my fate arrive! My question is, how long did you have to wait for a letter? I don't think I can take it anymore! :hammer:

it was just over 6 weeks for me! i was pretty sure i nailed the interview (worked at an amusement park all summer), and the waiting was unbearable!

Ugh..... my boyfriend thought it would be funny to get the mail and pretend there was something "amazing" (Disney letter). I didn't think it was funny.

I have been talking about it nonstop, hoping that I get it. My boyfriend is going to basic training for the Air Force at the same time as this is going on, so I'm hoping on it even more.

Watching Disney movies, going to class and work, and playing the Sims is SO not helping the waiting process! Lol. Plus, I'm starting to go into that paranoid period, thinking that I messed up my interview. I'm thinking that I talked too much, or that I answered the question wrong. But I could have sworn that the lady sounded pleased after, but that could just be the common courtesy she has to show everyone. And here I am talking too much again. Lol. But I assume you guys already know what I'm going through. How did everyone else pass the waiting time without going insane?

There's no such thing as talking too much when it comes to the interview, they want people like you because you're more likely to strike up a conversation with guests!

I wouldn't be amused, either. Some people have the worst sense of humor.

I've seen many posts where people were talking about their phone interview, and their interviewer asked them their preferences on housing and were also asked a question about each of their three top choices. My interviewer only asked me a question about one of my choices, and she didn't even ask me about my housing preferences. Is that a bad sign?:veryconfu

Hi all, I've been waiting to hear from DL since 8/31. I've been pending since 9/17. I had my interview for WDW 10/16 and was accepted yesterday 10/28! I don't know what I'm going to do yet b/c my boyfriend is in Cali!

Did you try using another browser? I think it only works with internet explorer. I don't think you can mail applications. I think everything is online nowadays.

My interview may have went a little differently than most because I've got a good rehire status with the company, but I wasn't asked about housing or any roles other than food and bev. I just got my acceptance email today!

Even though I'm in the CS and not the CP, I still have houseing like you do, and i did not get asked about it too much. They mainly talked to me about roles.

I wouldn't worry about housing. It's all taken care of at check-in (it's not possible to book anything before you get there).
