woohoo.. *had all type of stawberry shortcake, rainbow brite and Lady Lovelylocks stuff ... well still have at home*

I even had the Strawberry Shortcake doll house and all the dolls for it except the boy.. (if anyone knows where I can get the boy for my collection do tell hehe).

Ang...the boys name (I believe) was Huckleberry Pie...I did find a site that sells all of the dolls for you...

(Huckleberry Pie in the box (Stinky Pete style) is $85.00

They do have him out of the box for $15.00 but it doesn't include the hat, scarf, or pet.

Just saw the new Castle Greyskull. WOW! I like the old look better, but the new one is WAY cooler! It talks and recognizes the characters! It seems really awesome! The only things I miss now are Attack Trak and Wind Raider... I wonder when the new line will be released down here, and the new cartoon as well... :hammer: :hammer:

I agree...the old one looks "darker" and cooler but the new one (as a toy) is WAY cooler (and I don't know which "new castle greyskull" you are talking about...but they have a "Castle Greyskull 2.0" coming out with even more goodies :) )

(I made up the 2.0 part) but I believe the new castle is going to incorporate the chips for the newer figures (and be compatible with the current figures) (they changed chips now) A few more "traps" will be added and lights, sounds, and a new arsenal of weapons.

Oh, and just for your info...

Issue 1 of the comic book hits stores on March 26!

(Clawful figure is rumored to be the next "Deluxe" figure)

Oh yeah...Snake Mountain is coming out too...and it's rumored to actually LOOK like Snake Mountain this time...NOT like the toy from the 80's.

Hmmm what else.... Battle of the Snake Men will be in season 2...
(Tung Lasher, Rattler, King Hiss, etc.)

You know, the comic is probably gonna be harder to see down here than the cartoon. As for the toys, that's 50-50. There's this whole new line of GI Joe toys because of the new comic, and yet we only got the first wave down here... Those pesky Action Man and Max Steel figures totally dominate the market around here (Go figure... :hurl: ) But I suppose with the help of the cartoon... If they had released the GI Joe comic here, sales could've been better...

Anyone want a complete set of the Transformers Series on VHS when I finish watching them? I am about half way through and the quality is rather good on most episodes. Watching these I realize how much the new Transformers series sucks, if they had been reincarnated like the He-man series Transformers would Rock, or they could have just redone the old series as 3D CGI, that would have been cool.

Only things in Transformers that are funny is when Optimus transforms his Trailor just magically appears, much like Devastators Head and arm pieces. Omega Supreme is much worse, he can be the simple Rocket, head to another planet then transform into his robot form without the Tank or Track anywhere in sight. :lol: :brick:

and don't forget when Megatron transforms into the gun...he becomes small enough to fit in Starscream's hand :lol:

Yes, well size proportion has always been overlooked on Transformers. Sometimes Cosmos is Big enough to fit three transformers inside, other times he is small enough to be crushed by Bumblebee :lol: . I will justify this by saying that some Transformers have the ability to vary their size and that this power is not given to all transformers. Um... yeah...good enough? :lol: :D

It sure seems like it! Soundwave transforms into a walkman and SPIKE picks him up! :eek:

But I agree, Spidey, the new series is terrible. The battle scenes in the old one may seem stupid now, but the new cartoon is just darn slow, much like every anime out there... :hurl:

I gotta admit, though, I LOVE Beast Wars, and it was that series that relit my Transformers love. Beast Machines, I have mixed feelings. I'm getting the episodes to watch them in order, so I may have a more formed opinion soon.

Some of the battles in Transformers weren't too bad. I watch an episode called Triple threat last night, and a bunch of the Deceptacons are in a battle over who should lead the Deceptacons, they have a pretty good fight for Supremecy. I think the battles in old Transformers vs. Old He-man were much better cause people did not have as much a problem killing or injuring robots versus live people. Often Optimus will have battle damage, and occasionally Transformers are killed in the series.

If Spike could pick up Soundwave, you would think he could knock him over in Robot mode as well. :lookaroun

Wow... no one took me up on my offer... I have the whole set of Transformers, plus Headmasters, Masterforce, the Transformers movie, and Victory. Oh well, it's on Ebay now.

BTW... did anyone know that Battle Beasts were part of the Transformers universe. I just found out in the Headmasters series... how weird. They were marketed completly seperate but still had a parallel storyline.

Next, I will be watching my complete collection of GI Joe, so if you want the tapes before I finish them, let me know.
