Well, i guess that is pretty cool for those who have a 'Twitter' account....alas, i do not.
Still a fun thing i am sure many will enjoy however.

Personally, i think a live webcast would be much cooler and something everyone with a internet connection could enjoy.
They did these for the 24 hour parties...why not the actual 'Day' itself...?

You don't need a Twitter account to follow along with the tweets.

Halftime Magazine has posted a couple videos of the new Disneyland Band on their Facebook page, performing Let It Go and the finale from Fantasmic!

I'm having trouble getting the video embedded, but here's a link to their page:

It's refreshing to finally have a marching band that actually marches again. To me, this is a positive change
I haven't seen the video of the new band. But since you seen them, how are they compared to the old ones?

Went to the Disney Store today and they were playing tracks from "A Musical History of Disneyland" on a loop in honor of the anniversary. Not sure how many shoppers got the significance or recognized the music, but the CMs were well aware of today's events and saying they like the maps and such.

I was at the Disney store at the Houston Galleria yesterday and noticed the same thing!! I love hearing the Disneyland music instead of let it go!!!

I'd love to hear park music there all the time. Going to the Disney Store should be like giving you a taste of Disneyland or Disney World.
I agree when I go to the Disney store I want it to be a experience not a normal ordinary store. When I was a child I used to love to go to the old disney store at the galleria I used to watch classic mickey cartoons and they show clips of the Disney parks I love it so much!! I like the new changes to the disney store but it very Iger like.. so many brands marvel, star wars cars etc.

Disney Legends gather for a photo in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle on Disneyland's 60th Anniversary,
Okay, so how many of you out there can name them all...?
Let's hear it.....
;)

I know most of the right half (Bob Gurr, Dick Van , Richard Sherman, Tony Baxter, and Marty Sklar) and I think the 4th from the left is Ollie Johnston but I'm embarrassed to say I don't recognize the rest of them.
