Personally, I would find it much more comical & entertaining if they gave each award winner a shock collar to wear prior to their acceptance speech. If they exceed their time restraint, they get some serious voltage.

Yes, I've been and yep, it's mainly a Performing Arts theater. My friend has performed there. Unfortunately Kodak went bankrupt and now it's just called the Dolby Theater.
