I called these a few times when we were there in June. It was funny watching the people answer or just ignore it quickly walking away. Not sure what they were afraid of. I did have a quick chat with one lady as we were walking from France to Japan. I put on a British accent and asked her if the Queen was available. She played along a bit, but then hung up.

I called one of the booths last time we were in Epcot. A girl picked up, I said "Hello," and she quickly hung up. She walked away laughing "Somebody was actually there!!"

Just called the center booth!!!! OMG that was soooo funny. People are like, "where are you"? Nowhere near you thats for sure!! He asked me if I worked for Disney. No, but I have been there enough times to know enough. That just made my night. I'll be there next week. Someone should call me.
