Pam, the rooms were great!
Pam booked rooms for us at AKL. They were wonderful! We were on the 3rd floor, Kudu Trail, adjoining rooms. One had two Queen beds, the other had bunks and one Queen. It worked out perfectly; my son loved the top bunk, but my daughter's 6'2" bf had a bed to himself... in a separate room with my son. My husband ended up joining us for one night, but we still had an empty bunk.
The view was perfect. The hotel was packed!!! It was one of the "base" hotels for the Marathon. It was another cold weekend, but we had lots of fun celebrating my birthday.
Thanks again for getting me TWO rooms at a reasonable rate, along with reduced tickets. My son LOVED Adventurer's Club; it's going to be a must see from here on.
