Absolutely...the cycling of the cars is not necessarily indicative that the attraction is almost done..... It is just one part of the whole.....I am sure the Showroom portion of the pavilion is going to get a whole new looks as well... Will be nice to have something fresh....

But would they be cycling the cars so much if there were still major sets to be installed? With Tiana, weren't we pretty sure they were done with set installation before they refilled the flume?

Heavy equipment is required for large show set installation. They wouldn’t be operating with cars flying by. So we can presume this project has entered final stages. Signage installation has begun, which also occurs near the end.

Agree,

Testing would not commence if heavy equipment was still needed inside. I suspect most the big work is complete, and they are just focused on finishing up details, which wouldn't require the track to be blocked off / obstructed.

Exactly. Painting, adjusting lighting and projections, audio would all be things that would occur this late and concurrent with vehicle testing.

I knew it! So really the late summer timeline is to cover themselves if Test Track starts doing, well, its usual thing it does when they're trying to open it...

For safety reasons I doubt they would be allowed to do any show scene work while the ride is running.

For the longest time I thought oil can from dinosaurs but the reality is that oil and gas are formed from the remains of ancient marine life, including algae, plankton, and bacteria, that lived long before dinosaurs.
Indeed. Which made dinosaurs in the Energy Pavilion so dumb. But that was the rubbish Sinclair was foisting in their advertisements.

Also, even if oil came from dinosaurs, it wouldn't be from their bones.

Also, fossil fuel and petroleum are the same thing.

But, cute meme.

Personally I liked the dinosaurs in UoE. I really liked the ride system. I wish they just reskinned that attraction instead of making it Guardians. They could have focused on the possibilities of the future of energy.

I understand why they went to Guardians. its the ongoing effort to IP everything in all parks.

UoE was sponsored by Exxon

Modern life would have been impossible, and is not possible today, without fossil fuels; oil, gas and plastic.
