There should be a full check before opening each morning plus periodic ride throughs. A guest reporting an issue should be further reported immediately. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't - I've had results from something being fixed in a half hour to a couldn't care less attitude.I'm also curious how issues like this get reported. Do they do a check each day or are they reported by guests. Does anyone know the end to end process?
Of course it also depends on what the issue is.
