I remember this show being great, but after my last viewing, i was saddened to notice the screen quality is poor and the 3D just isn't as 3D as the newer rides, it hurts my eyes to look at it, i had to keep looking away... :(

I can't see them updating it, perhaps they are ready to scrap it and replace it with something else?

It's something I watch only every once in a while, and it's definitely time to go, especially now that the rest of the resort is over-saturated with better 3D attractions. Both it and Shrek.

They could update the projection and 3D tech.

I think the queue update was just a long overdue necessity.. I doubt it means much for the long term course for the attraction.

God bless the "Ignore" button.
Not gonna lie; I actually really like this show. It's not completely up-to-date, but it was SO ahead of its time that it's still very impressive.

If they keep this around for a while, wishful thinking, but I think the entire Skynet segment, from when they first arrive in the future to when the side screens open up, should be redone. That entire segment never sat well with me, it's just too long and not engaging and doesn't incorporate the audience into the action. Every time, I can feel the audience getting kind of bored and restless with it.

A friend of mine recommended this when I went to Universal last year. I must admit I didn't really enjoy it. I bet it was brilliant when it first opened though.

I love this show. I haven't been to Universal in a while, but from what I remember I think it could definitely benefit from updates rather than removing it. There's so much they can improve upon rather than removing!

Well considering it's a universal attraction Disney would have a hard time doing anything with it.

I was obviously referring to the countless Disney attractions that would meet your arbitrary replacement criteria. If it somehow only applies to Universal, that only makes it exponentially more arbitrary.
