There is a tequila bar planned for Pleasure Island, I believe.

"The Salted Rim" might be the name.

But as of the end of September, there was no tequila bar in Epcot's Mexico.

Same here... We were there October 1 for our traditional annual fiesta at San Angel Inn, and no change in that area. I'd like to see it, but wonder if it's still in the plans.

It is under construction as we speak. No idea of an expected opening date but based on other similar construction projects somewhere between 90-180 days should be a safe bet.
