Technical Difficulties

HA! Just thought I would share that I am aleady suffering from Disney "Technical Difficulties" before I am even there!

But really, I have been trying to call for the past hour to modify my reservation and have been hung up on twice, given the message they are suffering from technical difficulties, and have not been able through at all on a number of other occasions.

With all the discounts they released this morning, the phone lines are jammed. I was on hold for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I was praying I hit the right button when they answered, and not the hang up button!:lol:

If you can wait until tomorrow to modify, it would be a lot easier on you.

With all those deals offered today, they will be slammed for a while. Just try at an off hour, or tommorow. You may get lucky, but until the initial rush is done the lines will be jammed.
