I personally wouldn't mind doing Oswald's Lucky Lounge. And I'm fine doing the compilation and presentation if nobody else wants too. I won't know my work schedule for a bit though, so I may need to submit a day early.

I'll be glad to take it. I'm open to do the Rocky and Bullwinkle coaster and a restaurant/shop or two if needed... I'm not artistically inclined, so if we want art for these experiences, it needs to be done secondhand.

My idea is that when Doof summons the toons on accident, he unleashes a horde of cartoon villains (Maybe bring Judge Doom back? Or better yet, Bill Cipher?) that try to wreak havoc, par for the course. What follows would be part flight through Toontown, part interactions between different toons, and part battle between the dashing heroes and the maniacal villians.

Thoughts?
Love it! If it is a similator based attraction, we could even use the tech Star Tours uses and have multiple beginnings, middles, and ends of you want to do even more stuff!

I have an idea for the internet attraction to go in a small sub area called internet avenue. It would probably have the attraction and a ratboy genius meet and greet.
Sounds fun! Space will be kinda limited in our Toontown and Internet Animation is a relatively small part of animation history.

BUT you are clearly passionate about this and passion leads to Great things. Just keep the size of internet alley somewhat small and you're good to go!

So, I was trying to think of a good way to do the layout to make it flow well. I know that was something @Magic Feather was concerned about (and with good reason lol. We have a lot of different themes and art styles we're working with here). What do you think of this kind of layout, feather? (and everyone of course). I whipped a layout thing up in powerpoint real quick because I'm bad at using words to describe things haha.

Rj8cekQ.jpg

1. Dr. doof cartoon crossover (reuse some infrastructure from Star Tours if the ride system is similar.
2. House of Mouse (reuse Sci-fi infrastructure)
3/4. Kusty Krab and bob's Burgers (Share the same kitchen. Reuse ABC infrastructure)
5. Hannah Barbera Studio Store
6. Area for animaniacs Street Show
7. ACME Warehouse Store
8. I honestly can't remember what this was supposed to be
9. Internet Alley. Orange line can be (more or less) the street part and the rest of the area the ride space.. Just a rough sketch.
10. Mystery Shack
11. Betty Boop/Jessica Rabbit fashion Stor (can connect to clothing shop on main road as another entrance/exit to area)
12. Oswald's Lucky Lounge
13. Symphony Manor
14. Rocky aNd Bullwinkle kid coaster
15. Yogi Bear food Truck/Picnick Area (reuse kitchen from Backlot Express)

The gray ones could be an art deco city type area. That would blend well with the main street for the park. Everything here is from the 20's,30's,and 40's. The trees around the mansion could transition to...

The green ones could be a forest section. This would be mostly 50's, 60's, and 70's era cartoons> The Mystery Shack is modern so it could transition us to...

The blue ones are a more modern Toontown city. A more modern look would transition well into Muppets. The more grounded Bob's Burgers would transition well into the HUB. This area has more modern cartoons

The yellow ones could be more studio themed. it would be 70's,80's, and 90's cartoons.

Again, these are just some thoughts I had on a way to blend things together. Feel free to not use this at all or change whatever you want. @MCParradox , you're our map guy. What do you think of this as a very rough lay out?
@Magic Feather do you think this helps fix our issues with cohesiveness at all?

Overall, it could generally work. One big thing to say now, is that, aside from rough sketches, any map overlays should be done with satellite images (even just from a Map app), as the scale on these maps are very off. For instance, on that map the Rocky and Bulleinkle Coaster area is about twice as big as the area for symphony (when apropriately scaled. Also, we should really push back into Indy, and the parade warehouse for the best use of space.

That's good to know. I wasn't even thinking about differences in scale on the in park maps lol. That's why it helps to have team members with more experience on the boarfd

Also, the entire internet alley/ Hyperion/commissary area is layed out very akwardly. (IRL) So, the two options (the former of which I prefer) with that space it toake Hyperion and Sound into restaurants with material transport bridges over commissary lane, then use Sci Fi and ABC as a ride building, or use Hyperion as a sb Sounds for something else, and keep using Sci Fi/Commisary for dining (reskinned)

Those are excellent ideas. I fully trust you and parradox on figuring out the layout and specifics

So, Walt Disney's first cartoon came out in 1921 (as best I can tell). We can say we have an expedited construction so this will open in 2021. Both the 50th anniversary of the park and the 100th of Walt Disney's first cartoon. So, every animation studio wanted to come together and celebrate a century of animated excellence.

We could maybe even call out Toon town: Century City.

If you are going to get rid of the 50's prime time cafe, please relocate it to the Magic kingdom! It's too good to go to waste!

So I finally figured out internet alley. It will have a charlie the unicorn walkthrough, an annoying orange projection playing the first episode in windows of a mock house, and a meet and greet for bee and puppycat. I decided to pick three of some of the most popular cartoons, and ratboy genius did not make the cut.
