Another kids area idea: Trolls. Both movies have been huge successes I’d be shocked if there wasn’t a third. The characters already meet in the park, why not give them a land to meet in!Real suggestions:
A Bond area. James Bond is timeless. There will always be a new Bond. A stunt show, a car chase attraction, etc. could all be worth it.
Despicable Me/ Minions. Could be a decent replacement for Seuss as a kids area. Minion Mayhem would have to close in USF but the explanation could be “that ride was to gauge interest and it was clear there was enough interest for a full land”. There could be Super Silly Funland, a new Minion Mayhem, a kids coaster, etc.
I loved the first sing movie! I almost like “I’m Still Standing” from that movie more than the original.I personally think that the Minions are really overused in Universal Parks and they’re already getting a whole land in Beijing. Maybe a land based on another Illumination property, Sing? Take advantage of its animal-inhabited world and have a ride powered by your voice.
The only other option for an Illumination property is Secret Life of Pets... I just don’t really think either of them have world-building potential, and even if it is geared towards younger guests, I think we need to remember we’re building a land, not just an attractionI personally think that the Minions are really overused in Universal Parks and they’re already getting a whole land in Beijing. I’d argue much like minions, shrek is just as used. They have a whole land in Universal SingaporeAnother idea would be Shrek. Orlando is probably going to replace Shrek 4D with Kung Fu Panda so maybe Shrek can replace Seuss Landing?
Bond was something that we were talking about during the first project, and I'd definitely be down to do it.Real suggestions:

I’ve never been in one of these competitions before so I don’t know the answer to this... but is DC not super overused in these competitions?Bond was something that we were talking about during the first project, and I'd definitely be down to do it.
Despicable Me could be interesting, but I worry about its' viability for such a large land.
The only thing that I'm really stuck on right now is DC. That's the big one that I'd really love to see get done.
Marvel Superhero Island would be great as Gotham City or Metropolis! Warner Bros Dubai has a large DC area so I’d be carefulBond was something that we were talking about during the first project, and I'd definitely be down to do it.

I really like that idea. Could be a lot of fun.Kung Fu Panda?
I'd be down to do video games, but why should we stay away from Nintendo? Universal already has the license and they've proven that the same IP in multiple parks can be successful with Harry Potter. Honestly, between Zelda and Pokemon, they kind of write themselves.I think a video game property would make sense somewhere considering what's coming to Epic Universe, I'd avoid Nintendo as that's too obvious honestly. My two pitches:
SONIC THE HEDGEHOG:

It's a franchise that's very popular and has a very dedicated fanbase. And it's only going to become bigger with the release of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 coming to theaters eventually. It's a very logical franchise for a rollercoaster (which if we're getting rid of the Hulk might be necessary) and has tons of memorable settings and visuals.
STREET FIGHTER

I just really like the idea of a world cruise through the lens of Street Fighter (plus we could give it a stupidly long name, as that's aprt of the fun). Also another franchise that's not going to be forgotten anytime soon.
DC could work. We’d have to do retconning on how Universal bought the rights from DC but if it was believable, we could dust off the original concept art and spin off of thatBond was something that we were talking about during the first project, and I'd definitely be down to do it.

I think staying away from Nintendo would just be because of Epic Universe... some of those other options you named could be coolI really like that idea. Could be a lot of fun.

I know right? It’s not like Nintendo has no variety lolI really like that idea. Could be a lot of fun.
