A Revised Backstory for Islands of Adventure
As it stands, IOA doesn't have much context for its existence. It seems to just be a bunch of IPs mashed around a lighthouse and lagoon. I think altering the half the park would be a good time to try and fix that.

Many centuries ago, the brilliant adventurer Pharos discovered ancient magic linking worlds deep in a long-forgotten temple. Returning to her home, she cast this powerful magic onto her town's lighthouse and opened a portal to other dimensions. When one climbs into the lighthouse and allowed the beam to pass, they would enter an adventure of their wildest imaginations. Traveling to many alternative worlds, Pharos came into collaboration with whom she considered the greatest of adventurers: Kal-El (altruism), Mr. Monopoly (ambition), Dr. Ian Malcolm (intellect), Albus Dumbledore (wisdom), Hercules (strength), and [Link or James Bond] (courage). These seven formed the Islands of Adventure, permanently linking their worlds for travelers to experience the wildest of adventures...

I wanted to clarify... I think if we go with Nintendo, we need to decide what Nintendo property (Zelda, Animal Crossing, Splatoon, etc) we're using before we start working with land placement. We want to add some sort of flow that's sort of lacking from IoA, so it's a flow from some more urban stuff to more natural stuff with Jurassic Park, Kong: Skull Island, and Lost Continent (Harry Potter excluded bc it's sort of a lost cause with flow). Regardless, I think DC should go where Marvel is because of space and wow factor. If we did something like Zelda or Animal Crossing, I'd say that should take the place of Toon Lagoon because it fits the flow into nature into Kong better than Hasbro does. Conversely, if we did Splatoon or Bond, both of which are more urban, then I think putting that in Seuss Landing and Hasbro in Toon Lagoon makes more sense logistically, putting the most urban settings at the forefront and, although Hasbro isn't the best crossover from urban to natural, it can work better, particularly if we use Candy Land elements and stuff like that... hopefully this makes sense?

Just want to remind @montydysquith-navarro and @gam3rprincess, I'm closing the vote on whether we go with Bond or Nintendo soon. I'm sure a few team members are waiting for which one we chose (beyond Ace Astro) and if we go with Nintendo we still need to chose what IP we go with.

I am gone FOR ONE DAY!!!

You ever experience the point of so hot your brain stops working? My house doesn't have AC so I have spent most of the day in my bathing suit laying on the floor. BUT I just read all 16 (SIXTEEN!!!) pages of brainstorming and... tbh I still am so lost. Brain no work. BUT I did get the important part which is Nintendoland needs a theme and a group and I am willing to take that on. I personally vote for Animal Crossing because that is currently my life. But Kirby has such a cute aesthetic, and honestly I was thinking a land that looks like an arts and crafts project (Kirbys epic yarn and Yoshis Crafted World with maybe some Paper Mario flair) so those would be my options. Also if no one else wants to head the Nintendo land I could but I am worried about time zones cause *gestures to 16 pages of brainstorming I missed out on* This.

In the Parks
No
I don't even have the Switch, so I can't say the same thing about Animal Crossing in general. Though, if we're implementing @Outbound's new storyline for IoA, Zelda makes sense (especially we're pushing the "Adventure" aspect of the park this time). Animal Crossing seems to be a great game, but it's more... chill I guess.
