No
To elaborate, three votes are outstanding so 101D and Dumbo could still tie. And one of the other choices for Wacky could still get four, or even three, leading to another tie.

This project reminds me a lot of last season's Merge Project 8 where we had to design three mini-projects in the same park. Just like that project we now have three rides to make in a single park... so we will need to be organized and budget our time between all three attractions.

Suggestion - last season I created this "leadership model" to help us out. Basically, we have three people per ride (so nine total) plus one person overseeing everything and making sure they have cohesion.
  • Overall Project
    • Project Manager: (I can volunteer myself if needed)
  • "Beautiful" Ride
    • Beautiful Ride Slot 1 (Queue?)
    • Beautiful Ride Slot 2 (Ride Through?)
    • Beautiful Ride Slot 3 (Exit?)
  • "Scary" Ride
    • Scary Ride Slot 1 (Queue?)
    • Scary Ride Slot 2 (Ride Through?)
    • Scary Ride Slot 3 (Exit?)
  • "Wacky" Ride
    • Wacky Ride Slot 1 (Queue?)
    • Wacky Ride Slot 2 (Ride Through?)
    • Wacky Ride Slot 3 (Exit?)
I've assigned tentative roles but they don't really matter, what's most important is if we want to follow this we break up into groups of three and then can make the rides simultaneous in private PMs, while the Project Manager is overseeing everything.
I'd replace exit with exterior and aim for a quality of theming below New Fantasyland at DL, but above the opening day MK and DL basic tent style.
So basically exteriors similar to Pinocchio at TDL.

Since it seems like we're locked on with Dumbo, it'd be cool if we explained that Peter Pan is the IP that the flying flat ride is themed to Peter Pan (basically they switched IPs when cloned to MK).

It would make a ton of sense, especially with the 20K lagoon nearby we could have a nautical thing going on with that side of Fantasyland. Captain Hook's ship restaraunt anyone?

I love this! But I’d leave the rest of the land as a passing mention, don’t want to get too distracted from the prompt (I’ve had enough of that this game lol)

OKAY!

Scary: Dumbo
Beautiful: Bambi

We are just waiting on a Wacky vote from @goofyyukyuk

However, considering Alice is mathematically eliminated, I’ll switch my Wacky vote over to 101D.

That updates our total in the Wacky category to:
101D 4
B&B 3
Fantasia 2

So, Goofy, you can either vote to lock it in for 101D, vote for B&B to force a tie and a re-vote, or vote for something else which would also lock in 101D.

I think even breaking this up and doing it with teams, we should all still remain in contact with one another and just be there to lend a hand or bounce ideas off each other. We could even name like a “team delegate” to be the go-between person between each team. And probably should give morning and evening status updates.

@Outbound since you nominated yourself as PM for the round as a whole, I guess you could pretty much oversee the entirety of everything and contribute wherever possible on any of the teams??

Idk just kinda riffing an idea here, if anyone has any other thoughts or suggestions please go ahead.

Since nobody's really asked for it, I'm going to jump head-first and be Project Leader if there's no objections!

I think the best strategy would be to split up the team into three subsections working on each attraction. In this way, each ride will be uniquely designed and everyone will have a chance to shine through on their work!

Lol, above post happened while I was writing this. If someone else wants to take the reigns that's ok too! I'll happily jump on Team Dumbo for this round if that's the case!
