My votes are:

Scary: Dumbo - I know there are some concerns about doubling IP but we saw this in early Disneyland with two attractions on IP's of Dumbo (elephants and Casey Jr.) and Alice (Teacups and dark ride). As long as they are different enough, I don't think the doubling up is that bad.

Beautiful: Bambi - Just a stunning forest setting. Can have it be a tour through the seasons seeing Bambi and the other animals grow up.

Wacky: Babes In Toyland - With Live-action available too I was going through the list and the original Babes In Toyland could give some really cool wacky dynamics going through the Toymakers House and all!

This project reminds me a lot of last season's Merge Project 8 where we had to design three mini-projects in the same park. Just like that project we now have three rides to make in a single park... so we will need to be organized and budget our time between all three attractions.

Suggestion - last season I created this "leadership model" to help us out. Basically, we have three people per ride (so nine total) plus one person overseeing everything and making sure they have cohesion.
  • Overall Project
    • Project Manager: (I can volunteer myself if needed)
  • "Beautiful" Ride
    • Beautiful Ride Slot 1 (Queue?)
    • Beautiful Ride Slot 2 (Ride Through?)
    • Beautiful Ride Slot 3 (Exit?)
  • "Scary" Ride
    • Scary Ride Slot 1 (Queue?)
    • Scary Ride Slot 2 (Ride Through?)
    • Scary Ride Slot 3 (Exit?)
  • "Wacky" Ride
    • Wacky Ride Slot 1 (Queue?)
    • Wacky Ride Slot 2 (Ride Through?)
    • Wacky Ride Slot 3 (Exit?)
I've assigned tentative roles but they don't really matter, what's most important is if we want to follow this we break up into groups of three and then can make the rides simultaneous in private PMs, while the Project Manager is overseeing everything.
Love it. This is a solid template.

I can do artwork for any and all.

My votes would be:

Scary: Dumbo, I’m sold on the pitch, I think it could be something very unique.
Beautiful: Bambi, I really liked the idea of the four seasons, it fist perfectly with the prompt.
Wacky: 101 Dalmatians, I feel like it could work on the vein of Mr. Toad’s with Chou helping the Dalmatians escape from Cruella

My votes would be:

Scary: Dumbo; Sounds very fun and a new take on the idea of “scary”
Beautiful: Bambi; Same reason as everyone else lmao
Wacky: I haven’t seen Bedknobs and Broomsticks, but I know some about it and I think this could work really well!
Nate’s vote brings Bambi to five, and I will go ahead and put that over the top. My “Beautiful” vote goes to Bambi. And with that, Bambi is at six and is officially our choice for the Beautiful category.

Bambi did not receive any other votes anywhere else (obviously) so no need to redo any votes as of yet.

My other votes:

Wacky: Alice in Wonderland.
I know it’s “overdone” but omg I absolutely love this film and I would be happy to be PM of that segment of the project if it did end up winning.

Scary: 101 Dalmatians.
I think the Cruella car chase idea would be so much fun!! This would work really well for that two level huge show scene I was thinking about.
