Animaniacs Tower
While the outside is themed to a water tower, the attraction takes place in the show buildings behind the tower, where the final drop sequence takes place. The story of this attraction is that Dr. Otto Scratchansniff and Hello Nurse are designing a machine to transport Yakko, Wakko, and Dot into another cartoon universe. But Pinky and the Brain have ulterior motives, and meddle with the machine, sending everyone through an array of cartoon universes and drop sequences.
Queue
Walking through the lot on the corner of Toontown, the guests are guided in by Hello Nurse. While everyone is starring, nobody realized that she is leading you to be test subjects in Dr. Otto Scratchansniff's experiment. Entering the show building next to the water tower, Dr. Otto Scrachansniff has psychiatrist supplies lined up all over the place, and Hello Nurse brings you to the transport machine, the tool that is used to transport characters into other universes. A pre-show led by Pinky and the Brain gives the guests further instructions on what they intend to do with the machine, and it is shown that guests will sit inside this makeshift elevator, and bring in all other characters so that Pinky and the Brain can rule them all.
At the loading dock, all the cast members are dressed as Dr. Otto Scartchansniff and Hello Nurse, leading you into the ride vehicles.
Ride Vehicles and Design
Ride-Through
As soon as you sit down, Pinky and the Brain take over the machine and send the guests backwards into another dimension. The room fills with all sorts of colors and special effects that shake the ride vehicle. Dr. Otto Scratchansniff tries to save everyone but he can't and the Brain shoots the machine into the world of Roger Rabbit and the Toontown Tower.
In this universe, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot have found a new person to fawn at and when the doors open the guests see Roger Rabbit, Jessica, and the animaniacs says "Hello, Jessicaaa"
Roger Rabbit presses a button and sends the ride vehicles spinning 180 degrees into the next scene which is of Mickey Mouse and Bugs Bunny
They both look perplexed as to why the guests are with them, and then realize that they are falling, and soon the elevators fall too. The elevators fall into a dark hole which lands them with Pinky and the Brain. They two lab mice look at each other and press a button on the machine, sending them back up the shaft, where the guests meet Mickey and Bugs Bunny still falling. The guests fall again but this time the machines stop and you head backwards into another shaft, where Bugs Bunny is reading to the Animaniacs. He looks up and asks what are you still doing here, doc? The ride is over. You're back.
Then suddenly Bugs Bunny turns into Roger Rabbit and he drops you down the water tower, in a shaft that is outdoors. In the final drop, everyone gets to see a glimpse of the land from above as you drop to the ground in cartoon style. Before reaching the ground, there is a trampoline which bounces the machine back up the shaft, and then gravity drops it again and it moves back into the show building. One final blast and it looks like Dr. Otto Scratchansniff regains control of his machine from Pinky and the Brain, and you're allowed to leave the studio to maybe come back one day to see what happens.
