Finally! Sheesh all movie theaters across the nation are completely digital now, it's a wonder that it's taken Disney so long to catch up.

Not sure about the preshow, but the finale was switched over at least 3 weeks ago.

Just a little update: just went on it this weekend, pre show and post show was exactly the same scenes wise. It was missing sound in one scene. The witch from wizard in oz however was flawless. The first scene had no bubbles or lighting behind the screen. The airplane propeller was not working.

So yeah.

Permit was filed a while ago. I am surprised that work hasn't started on this yet.

Maybe they are painting the spires right now and then when finished, they will crane them in. I see that being easier than putting the spires up and then having to paint them up there.

I always liked the fact that it was still film. It gave it an old fashioned feel, which felt right at home in a park celebrating the notion of the good ol' days of film.
