Tax rate change for Osceola County impact to All Star Resorts and Wide World of Sports

From Jan 1 2017, the tax rate in Osceola County has increased to 7% (from 6.5%).

This impacts All Star Resorts and ESPN Wide World of Sports.

Just compressed the cost of a value resort to moderates!
Taxes in both have been 6.5% since I can remember.

Yep. Osceola used to complain that Orange got all WDWs tax and all they got were cow pastures since all developments in WDW were north of the county line.

The orange/Osceola county line runs through Disney property.

Correct it is up to 7.5% not 7

Even though the draining district exists sales taxes are still collected by the counties they reside in
