Further to the 7th February update below about Tarzan Rocks closing, it is being speculated that a new Finding Nemo show will be the replacement. Remember this is no yet officially confirmed, and may be subject to change.

Finding Nemo? In a theater that is located in DinoLand or rezoned to be in Asia? Umm, I don't get it. At least Tarzan had something to do with the jungle. Also, how the heck can Nemo be done as a stage show? I really can't figure that one out. As a matter of fact, I do not recall anything in Animal Kingdom being themed to fish. Do you?

Oh, and with news about Nemo, why do I feel like people are now going to be bringing up AUSTRALIA as a new land in Animal Kingdom? Actually, Nemo would fit better there.

The difference is, these are enduring Disney icons.

Also, Belle isn't. Ariel is in two places but she isn't grosly misplaced. Moot point.

If they enclose the theater and make it "Disney on Ice" I be in awe of it being the most ironic thing ever - a show about australian fish in a land about american Dinosaurs on an ice skating rink in the hottest theme park ever built.

Maybe Nemo isn't even going to be in the same location as Tarzan..who knows? It could just be moving the Tarzan stage to make room for more Asia/Dinoland stuff, which AK needs

It would be awesome for Nemo to go into a new Austrailia land..I think that'd fit well there. But that's just what I would like to see...of course they're all just rumors.

The stage really isn't in Dinoland or Asia - it used to house the old Jungle Book show before Tarzan.

Could be Nemo on Ice, could be a Nemo Ride, could be a Nemo stage show, could be anything. Could not even be Nemo. One thing I doubt, though, is Nemo on rollerblades. :lol:

I have to admit this sent up an Australia Red Flag to me. That way it would tie the theater in as the gateway to that Continent. Otherwise, this might be the worst incorporation of show yet. FotLK in Camp MickeyMinnie is bad enough, but THIS? HUH? And with so many other options to go with (not to mention other Pixar films that have not been used... even the Island of Syndrome would be a better fit that this!), I am very disappointed that Nemo gets the greenlight over so many other options.

That makes no sense to put a Nemo show there. They just did all that Nemo stuff in EPCOT in the Living Sea's (where it fits). Why would they now put Nemo in AK? What are they thinking? I like the Tarzan rocks show. I'm sad to see it go. I don't remember ever seeing a Jungle Book show. I thought Tarzan was always there. It would be cool if they brought the Jungle Book. back
