I am doing wonderful today actually!!
I've lost 9 pounds since October 1st. I am so proud of myself that I finally buckled down and made good choices along with exercise!

How are you Steph dear?

Wow!!! Great job, Katy!!! Congratulations!! My 'buckling down' actually starts today. :rolleyes: I fell off the WW wagon about a month or 2 ago, so I'm heading to my 1st meeting back tonight. Gonna start the gym again hard this week too. Really would like to lose 5-10 pounds by the holidays. :)

Thanks! It has actually been alot easier then I thought it would be. Well besides finding time for exercise. That is the one tough thing for me. But as far as foods go, I was just making so many poor choices and of course I miss junk food, but I have found as the days go by it is getting less tempting because I am seeing results and do not want to mess that up. I still have a chocolate here and there, but I have quit my night time snacking and pop drinking all together. If I must have something during my shows it is veggies or fruit.
I've never done WW. Right now I am setting a calorie goal and I use this website to help me journal everything I eat. I also try to stay under my sodium and sugar goal as best as possible.
You can do it too Steph!
