I think this is a fantastic time to visit with a baby.
They dont eat - so no problems with food.
If breast feeding, easy. If bottle, easy.
The baby sleeps in a carrier or pram and you do want you want. The baby wakes and will go with the flow. They are light to hold, temperature is good, crowds not bad.
In my opinion, disney will never be easier with your child! My advice, enjoy sights, sounds, smells, coffees, theming, shows - all the things 3 -18 year olds might never let you enjoy the same until they leave home.
