Take a bag or not?

This might seem like a stupid question but in our party, everyone will be riding almost all the rides. We planning to bring a camera, batteries, cell phones and a sweatshirt for chilly nights. Is it worth it to bring a bag? if so should we just have one jumbo on or have everybody bring one? also, do you need to store bags in a locker(how much do they coast). I know you can bring bags on small rides like its a small world but do you need a locker for like rockin roller coaster? i also don't want to see something i want a picture of and then have to run back to the locker. are lockers one time use? So many questions any answers are appreciated.

...On RnRC my bag fits in the pouch but i'm always afraid it will fly out (I know with the G force it won't but I'm scared) so I keep my foot on it.

I usually put one of the straps around my ankle on RnRC, but last time, I forgot and I just set it on the floor and forgot, and it just stayed there the whole time! That ride is designed so that there is no neg gs - I suppose that's intentional. I'll still put the strap on my ankle in the future, but there's really nothing to worry about.

Now SM is another story...

I also carry a couple small carribeaners that can be used to secure lots of things to either to a belt or even to something in the coaster car so just incase it does come out it wont go far. I always have a couple of the very small photon lights with me when we go there just incase of a power failure. I just keep the beaners on the keyring that the lights have on them. The lights also come in handy for reading maps or lots of other things.

I always bring a regular sized backpack and don't usually have any problems, except with Soarin'. It's clear plastic so I get through security fast. My husband brings a courier bag that must have been owned by Mary Poppins at some point. The bag looks flat and empty even after he's shoved in jackets, hoodies and souvenirs. Also Park maps...lots of them.

We've been going since 1997 and I have always carried a back pack, it's had any number of things that we have needed during the day depending on the weather and what time of day we are there. So if the weather is a chance of rain then I carry rain ponchos, a cool morning or evening then some sweats if they don't have them around their hips. A water bottle with filter, cameras, still and video, sunscreen for the day, and hand wipes. But as you can see no matter what there is always a need fo a bag.
