Good evening my fellow Imagineers, I am honored to be presiding over this years Alliance Awards or Dreamfinder Awards. As your host for the 2013-2014 Award Ceremony I am speaking with you today about a very important part of our ceremony.
TAFI is a very open community, as a result the members of this forum will pick the nominees for these awards. The process is very simple, simply nominate one person for one of the categories below. The period of nominations ends midnight (ET) December 17th.
The final three nominees will be selected from the pool provided and be based upon the most frequently nominated members. This process will be applied to each category. The final three nominees from each category will be announced on December 18th.
After the nominees have been drawn they will be evaluated and then the Alliance Awards Council will make the final vote. This council will be made from members that do not become nominees. This means that if you are nominated, but do not become a nominee, you will be on the council and get a chance to vote. If you are not nominated you will also be on this council. I will send the PM's to those members on December 22nd, (note that these will not be group messages, but individual ones)
The winners will be revealed on December 31st.
