Swan

Does anyone know what the discount is for teachers at the Swan? I also heard there is a senior discount. We are starting to plan our trip and we've never stayed at the Swan, because we didn't think we could afford it. I looked online, but couldn't find any prices/discounts. Has anyone heard of this or used it?

ask!

Dear Piratemom,

I made the ressie with the nurses discount 149/night. Hopefully, I'll find the time and the courage to post my reviews when I return. Enjoy planning your trip....I think that this adds to the fun!

I found a rate in feb of 125 a night for the summer. It was advertised thru allears.net We are going in August. It was a special they were running to book early for summer. If you are going next year keep your eyes open they might run it again.

That's awesome. I wonder if I book and then they run a special they would change my price. Right now it's $159 for teachers next July, which isn't bad at all. If I could save more, that would be great. I'm scared to wait too late to book. I wonder if they book up fast?

I have until Aug 6th to cancel with full refund. I would book now and then if the price drops rebook. I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem. The rate I got was for anyone as long as you booked by a Feb date. The rate was good for the summer. Just keep your eyes open.

Thanks again for your tip. I'll keep watching allears for some savings. Good idea, I'll book and then I can always cancel and rebook at the better rate if they offer something better than the teacher discount.

It's so exciting, you are so close to your departure time. :sohappy:
Our trip seems so far away, but I know it will go fast. Half the fun is the planning, too.
