We are gonna be staying in Disney World for 7days, (dates undetermnined yet)and have decided to Stay at either the swan or the dolphin. Pros or cons on both of them? Thanks.

They are about the same. If I had to choose, I would say the Swan

Stayed at the Swan. Depending on where you stay at the dolphin might be a shorter walk to the cool pool. But they are pretty similar inside and have the same amenities.

We stayed at the Dolphin last year and are staying at the Swan this year. Both are walking distance to Epcot/DHS, but the Swan is about 200 feet closer to both. Dolphin is a little closer to the pool. The Dolphin lobby is bigger/better with more food options. Swan has bigger beds if you are getting a room with 2 beds. Dolphin has some views that overlook IllumiNations, and we were upgraded to one of those rooms last year. The Swan also has some rooms with fireworks views, but I'm not sure whether it's Epcot or DHS.

I've stayed at both a few times. They're both beautiful and in a great location but I prefer the swan rooms and prefer the dolphin lobby and food choices.

I love this resort. One advantage it has over the Swan is that it has a 24 hour place to eat and general store called Picabu. That comes in handy for night owls like me.
The Swan is a Westin hotel. The Dolphin is Sheraton. Both are under the Starwood umbrella.
Either choice is a good one.
