Pretty simple question really.....

Swan OR Dolphin?
Stayed in the Dolphin in 2008 (& was happy), but reports here in the UK suggest that the swan is better although no as well equipped?

Help from people who know would be appreciated!?

 I have visite both during christmas..never stayed in either...they both look great...but...since you have stayed in one...you know that transportation can be very "different"...most of the other resorts have an easier time to arrive at buses, monorail or boats...but...since there is a special rate on Swan and Dolphin...this can be overcome...but no mater what ...YOU WILL BE THERE! enjoy! :sohappy:

The rooms are the same. I like both but I do prefer the swan because the common areas have a more cozy feel. You can't go wrong with either!

The transportation at the Swan and Dolphin is provided by Disney and is the same as the other Epcot resorts. If anything the amount of transportation options is better than most resorts (boat, bus, or walking). The trips on the bus are long and drawn out but that is the case with all the Epcot resort busses. When we stay at the Swan and Dolphin we only take the bus to AK or DTD. We walk through Epcot to the monorail for MK and walk to the studios. Its a great location!

:D Thank you for your opinions!

Swaying toward the Dolphin as we stayed there before but just wanted to see if anyone might tell me stuff I don't know!

I look at it this way: The Dolphin is part of the Sheraton brand and The Swan is part of Westin. Westins are at the higher end of the Starwood Resorts spectrum. Both are managed by Starwood Resorts, but Westin properties tend to be a bit nicer with not as many rooms.
As a former employee of Starwood, I have stayed at both and The Swan is much nicer in my opinion.
