Survivor: Tocantins

Wow, Coach holds himself in rather high regard. And Assistant Deputy Coach Blindside has taken a few spins on the crazy train, as well.

Does anyone else think "Coach" sounds like Gene Simmons? I keep waiting for him to tell someone that the KISS Army is going to help them win a challenge.

Good work on Taj's part. She's got the secret alliance, another ally in J.T., and a real immunity idol. Joe, on the other hand, just lost his only real ally, found a fake immunity idol, and has crazy eyes.

Great casting with Coach. He's the perfect reality show contestant: the delusional egomaniac. He has NO concept as to how others perceive him, and he can't understand why obnoxious things he does should bother everyone else. He, of course, would have a cow if someone else did the same things to him. His ultimate ouster will be a deliciously satisfying blindside, I'm sure.

Coach is a great character.

Survivor Finale will be on 5/17 this year. It's one week later than usual.

Coach annoys the hell out of me..the whole burning the beans thing annoyed me..I would have punched him with his little comments to Sierra..:)

I love JT..and I knew that he would not turn on Taj with Stephen..he is way too honest and nice...

I like Taj a lot also..

I've never watched Survivor, though I do think I would tune in if they ever give the contestants a true challenge... Survivor: Siberia. Sure Survivors have been able to beat the heat in a setting with the potential for a good amount of food and water, but how would they deal with extreme cold and very limited resources? :lookaroun

You'll never see the show then, because they will never do the show in a cold climate. Two major reasons: Eye Candy and Safety. The show is not really about surviving the elements; it's about surviving each other.

Wow, two straight HUGE blindsides! This is shaping up as quite a good end to the season. Even Sierra didn't know it was going to happen - the shock on her face as she realized she wasn't going was fabulous. I liked her vote out speech, too: "You're a jerk!"

Tyson was somehow both humble and condescending in his post-boot speech. He has been an interesting character.

I can't wait to see how infantile Coach will be on next week's show. He's so full of it (and himself, for that matter). What will he do now that his "Warrior Alliance" is no more?

Sierra begging was hard to watch. I did like the blindside. I see next weeks preview Coach is begging, that I'll enjoy watching. How the tide turns

I don't think I've ever had as strong a visceral dislike to anyone as I have to Coach. I hope he is next to go. Watching Tyson get blindsided was great! :sohappy:

Best Blindside Ever!
And possibly one of the biggest. That blindside destroyed the Warrior Alliance. Death to the Dragonslayer!!

Tyson was a good contestant, but his comments to and about Sierra last night were just outright rude and uncalled for. But, no matter what happens, Sierra will always be able to say that she lasted longer in the game than him.

Coach must go. Period. Party at my house when we see his arrogance voted off.

JT and Stephen are quietly in control of the game right now.

Well it's definitely going to be interesting to see what happens next...
Will Erin and Sierra vote with Taj, Stephen and JT or with Coach and Debbie?

The great thing about Coach is that it's all an act (at least I think). He has figured out people's weaknesses: the need to be included in a group and the whole respect/word/trust angle. He was working JT hard last night, and I was afraid JT was gonna do the honorable thing and stick to his "word".

It was great watching Tyson fall. He is a great reality show contestant. Weird, slimy, creepy, evil, and most importantly, arrogant.
