Survivor: Cagayan

Glad the Brains tribe finally got 2nd. I can't stand any of the women on that tribe, but I like Spencer. The women aren't doing anything in these challenges. Kass was good at the puzzle with Spencer, but the others almost lost them their third challenge with the water/bucket passing.

Terrible game play by Brice at Tribal. He spoke too much and put a target on his back.

Looks like next week will be interesting. Brawn possibly throwing the challenge? And the challenge itself looks entertaining.

Every single season of Survivor...during tribal council...my dad says "Just shut up. Don't talk. Barely give Jeff an answer to any questions. Keep your mouth shut!" And every season...people continue to talk and talk and say too much and get voted out. :banghead:

Liked the new challenge. Glad the "brain" tribe didn't have to whack another member. That was getting old. The guy who did get whacked seemed useless anyways, but was one of the only ones who they showed to have a personality.

It sure looked miserable out there during that monsoon. Loved how they guy just said #(*% it and went to find the idol. You're already soaked, so why not?

I hate when they suggest to throw a challenge...WHY? It never works out when you do that. Why create any conflict? Just win and win and win, then whack someone only when you have to.

Is it Wednesday yet?

And looks like we have a tribe swap next week. I'm hoping Spencer gets a competent group, as of right now he's probably the one I want to win, but that could change multiple times by the end.

Overall a good decision on the vote.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Great episode.

Can't stand Tony. Cop #2 (Sarah?) is an idjit.

Morgan and the other big breasted bimbos are exactly that. Big. Breasted. Bimbos.

Heck, at this point, I hope Cliff wins it all. May feel differently next week.

I actually liked Sarah until this episode. Far too trusting and isn't playing a good game. At first I thought she'd be the witty and strategic one by the way she just knew Tony was a cop. Speaking of him, I can't stand him either.

Don't care for anyone on the Beauty tribe. I was so sad when they killed that rooster.

Glad to see J'Tia gone. What a waste of a players spot. I was hoping she wouldn't be another Vecepia and slip through and win the thing. The "Brains" deserve everything they get since they voted so stupidly to start out. I mean come on...you need the strong people to win challenges early in the game. There is plenty of time to whack them later. Rule #1, don't get decimated so early that you get in this situation they are in now.

Glad to see some type of merge. Not enough was happening in the other tribes and one was decimated.

With this switch, if anyone has an idol buried and gets moved to another camp, they lose their idol...interesting to watch what happens with that.

seemed a little quick to kill one of the chickens already instead of just eating their eggs for a few days to see if that would be enough to hold them over. And I'm not sure if it is editing, but nobody is fishing. There is a great food resource right there for everyone to take advantage of.

I don't have any favorites right now, but I do enjoy the "Big. Breasted. Bimbos."...hey I'm a guy...can't help it.

I love Cliff too. It was cool watching him sink those baskets. One or two test shots and then swish, swish, swish.

Glad Spencer has a shot with the teams being shaken up. The Beauty girls are annoying - not a guy so don't see their "value".

Garrett's idol still buried at camp - correct?

As always - enjoying the season. Nice new un-recycled challenges and people I am rooting for and those I hate. How many days until Wednesday?

I'm with ya dude !!

About time the "Brains" finally used theirs !! Spencer never should've had to justify why keeping him was the better move. J'tai should've been the 1st person gone. Absolutely useless. Glad I live in PA and nowhere near where she's a Nuclear Engineer.

Looks like Tony the cop is setting himself up to be a great Survivor villain. He might be my favorite. He's doing what he has to do to win. I hate when it's brought up at final 3 tribal about morals and ethics.....you're playing Survivor, you got outwitted.

The merge went better than I thought it would. I loved that the 3 "brains" were on one team, so they just couldn't get picked off. I was hoping for the other tribes to be more split up, but it should work out since everything seems fractured now(except for the 3 brains members).

The challenge was unique and I liked that about it. I wish they would have made the rule that you have to only use the ram to break through the wall and not kick it down like Tony was doing.

They were teasing the elimination, but I didn't really think they would do it. Some good game play to realize who should be whacked to improve your position. And the one Beauty guy still has his Idol as well as Tony...gonna make things interesting down the road a bit.

As Cliff said in his post interview he got "comfortable".

This season is shaping up much better than I thought it would.

Some excellent camera work tonight as well.

I've watched every season of Survivor, and I think J'Tia might be the worst challenge competitor I've ever seen. I'm having trouble thinking of someone who even comes close.

Possibly the super skinny blonde girl from the one in China. I think her name was Courtney. But she actually SAT more challenges that she competed in. Aside from her I can't think of anyone either.

I cannot stand the pilates lady that orchestrated Cliff's exit - Trish? She is annoying. Looks like Lindsay either has a breakdown or gives Trish a beatdown next episode.

I think I like Spencer the best.

I suspect a little bit of producer manipulation here. Probst offered the basket o' buffs to the Brains first, and it would have been easy to flood the top layer with one color. Having all of the Brains gone before the Jury would have been going against the heavily-hyped three Survivor types narrative.

If Tony betrays his fellow cop, he'd better do it before she hits the jury. She will poison the jury against him, no doubt.

Every year we have one contestant who makes it pretty far into the season with maybe five minutes of screen time total. This year's invisible Survivor has to be the hairdresser woman with all the tattoos.

I agree this season has been better than expected.

I can't stand Trish or Lindsay. Tony is kind of annoying, too. My favorite is Spencer. The beauty tribe hasn't played well strategically, and I don't have a strong opinion on any of them; it's like they're just along for the ride. I'm curious as to what Woo and Lindsay are going to do now that Cliff is gone. Looks like there will be a feud between Trish and Lindsay, which should be interesting.

Two immunity idols still out there, pretty brave of LJ not to play his, though there could have been more going on behind the scenes to make him not play it. Should continue to be an interesting season!
