Sunrise Safari Question

Hi everyone. We're staying on points Sunday through Thursday night in a one bedroom at AKL in October. We are planning on switching to a studio either at AKL or wherever we can get ressies at 7 months to save on points. I can't believe how much weekend points are!!!

Anyway, I am really tempted by the Sunrise Safari and was thinking of booking one night in the concierge so we could do it. The Sunrise Safari is offered on Sunday and Thursday mornings.

So do you think we need to stay in concierge Sunday or Thursday night? Saturday or Wednesday night? Either? What do you think?

Since it is so early in the morning (6:30ish)that one must report to the lounge for the Safari, it has to be Saturday or Wednesday night.

I have booked Club Level in Dec. for a Sunday thru Friday morning, and plan on going on the Sunrise Safari myself. If you get it, let me know how it (Club Stay & Safari) goes, please?

Saturday would work for us. I need to call tomorrow and see if they have anything. I'll definitely let you know how it was if we get to go! Thanks!

The sunset safari sounds awesome - but too expensive this trip. Maybe next time. Now that we are partial owners of AKV:D we should have many chances!!
