Tent. At Wekiwa Springs State Park with my friend Paul (didn't I tell you guys this? I swear I did). It was a lot of fun.

*breathes a big sigh of relief* Has anyone heard of the latest recall from Mattel? Joel has "Sarge" from Cars, but fortunately it was made in Thailand, not China, so it's safe.
Bunny, if you have anything from Fisher Price for Sprout, you might want to head over to Mattel.com to make sure there's nothing on their recall list. Some of the items contain lead paint. :brick: :brick:

Luckily we don't have much yet in the way of toys... and i'd like to keep it that way. :lookaroun

Ah. That would be why, then. We had none.

We used to do a lot of camping in Vermont, when that was the only place you could get Ben & Jerry's. We'd get the factory seconds, and eat them around the campfire, since we had no way to keep them frozen.

:lol: Do the grandparents know that? We regularly go through toys, and either sell them or give them away. The toys Joel plays with most are his Thomas trains, cars, and certain stuffed animals. His latest favorite movie is 'Charlotte's Web' and he has a stuffed pig and little plastic spider he likes to carry around. :lol:

I'm not buying a thing for Sprout besides books.. Toys are left to birthdays and Christmas and the like. I just don't have the space for a ton of toys.

DS used to sleep with his Tonka trucks.....

When we went to the Studios, we went nutso in the Muppet gift shop and got all these little stuffed Muppets. They usually go to bed with him. He also got this dinosaur at AK, that is covered in a rubbery material, and he really loves it. We'll probably get a different one when we go back this fall.

Well - I'm off - we're going to the nursing home so DD can say goodbye to MIL, then back here to finish packing the car. We're leaving fairly early tomorrow morning, so I probably won't be on 'til tomorrow night.

Oh...I know what it feels like to have permed bangs...problem is...mine weren't permed. Mine were natrual. And I hated that they were curly...so I straightened my bangs. For 10 years! I just finally grew them out and I'm very happy I did.
