1. No matter how sophisticated you try to make it, chicken is chicken. Bread it or demi-glaze it, I don't care, and Dot shouldn't much, either. Heck, they're guests in her own home. They'll eat what she serves and they'll LIKE it. :lol: (Maybe I should have said this BEFORE she left. :lookaroun)

Well, it was a birthday dinner for a friend, and she wanted it to go well I'm sure.
