Suiting Up for Spring with Magic Friends

So.....since it's looking likely our trip will be paid off by June....I've been trying to decide if we should upgrade our room. :o Right now, we have pool view at the AKL w/ a bunk bed room. Been pondering spending the extra to go to concierge....trying to justifly the expense. The only major benefit I see to this is being able to do a sunrise safari at the AK. There's also continental breakfast offering to concierge guests, but we're doing at least three TS breakfasts anyway. Don't really see that as a perk. I'll always listen to Disney-related advice.

One time I stayed at the WL we got bumped up to Concierge (for free). It was . We enjoyed the breakfast and they have out refreshments in the afternoon too (I think, I'm not 100% sure.) I would love to do the sunrise safari though- that's a pretty good perk.

I don't know Jen...

I mean the Safari sounds great...and from what I hear is pretty cool...but if you're not for sure gonna be able to take advantage of the other perks of concierge...although, if it's anything like this last trip and you're at the hotel a lot, then it might be worth it too.

Yeah, but you have to pay for it...it's not a free perk. Of course their afternoon snacks and things come from Boma downstairs...that would be cool.
Financially, there's a difference of $100 between savannah and concierge.

Didn't Debbie from your Be Our Guest podcast stay at the AKL concierge? I thought I remembered her mentioning that.

So, we're basically looking at complimentary breakfasts, afternoon tea, and snacks...plus the opportunity to participate in the safari thing.

I know she has DVC, not sure if she's done concierge.

Well, if you'd take advantage of those amenities, then I'd consider it if I were you.
