We just purchased our ANNUAL PASSES this weekend and living in FL we already used them the morning after we got them. We could not wait. We plan to go as much as we can this year including for our anniversary trip in NOV and New Years Eve.

We have tried about everything but one thing we really haven't explored are the restaurants. ANY suggestions on fun restaurants to try out? We really haven't been to any except for QS ones.

Thanks

Here's a few suggestions (based on where I've eaten):
EPCOT - Rose & Crown, Le Chefs de France, Biergarten, Tokyo Dining, Restaurant Marrakesh, Via Napoli
Magic Kingdom - Crystal Palace, Cinderella's Royal Table
DHS - Brown Derby

Thanks! Crystal Palace is one of the 1st on my list.

Has anyone eaten at a restaurant (diner style) in HS where the server acts like your mom or something?

Depending on what park you are at, we like Crystal Palace for a buffet, and the Plaza for another good restaurant in MK, in DHS we like 50's Prime Time, Epcot we like Rose and Crown and Biergarten, and AK we like Yak and Yeti's sit down.
Hope that helps.

If you're looking for all out fun and originality as opposed to fine cuisine, check out the sci fi theatre at Hollywood Studios. My favorite place for sure. The food isn't bad. But nothing amazing. But the atmoshpere is something that is unmatched.

I ate here when I was little and absolutely loved it. I think im better off making reservations for it though but it is definitely on my to do list :)

If you are planning on doing a lot of the sit down locations make sure you get the tables in wonderland. It is $75 for AP and Florida residents but it saves you $ each time you eat. I think it is 10% or 15% and I believe it also includes alcoholic beverages.

Thank you! Someone told me about it a few months ago and I was like we HAVE to go there! I'm excited it seems like a good time!

Definitely go, we have been there twice and have ADR next month for our third time. The food is not bad either, larger portions of good ole fashion comfort food.

Also try Le Cellier in Epcot and Crystal palace in MK.

Definitely want to try Crystal Palace as well. Im a big Eeyore fan!

We are headed to HS this Saturday. Do you normally need reservations for 50's prime time?

You don't say how close you are to the parks but, heck, you can hop into a park for lunch every day. We're a little far for that but we make an effort to try a couple of different places to eat each trip.

And, we don't live close enough to have lunch every day unfortunately we are in the Tampa area..but we do make time to go about twice a month :)

Yes, you absolutely need reservations. You can try as a walk-up, but none have ever been admitted the many times we have dined there.

I am not sure if this has been mentioned yet but Via Napoli. If you like pizza then you will love this place. We had it for the first time on our honeymoon and it was so good! Plus the deserts are really good too. Cheese fritters with chocolate and whip cream. :slurp:

I also second Teppan Edo. This is our all around favorite sit down!

The first time we went we had ADR, the second time we just walked in. The wait was fairly short and it was fairly busy that day at HS too.
