We need rain. I don't mind so much everything dying, but the the fires are distressing.

Although I feel badly for anyone who has a vacation full of rain, we really do need it.

I had a vacation full of rain once. It sucked. I understand people hoping for sunshine. :)

We could see cancelations of Wishes and/or Illuminations if conditions become bad (that being high winds and generally poor weather conditions; similar to when we had Wishes and Illuminations canceled due to Tropical Storm Fay) in the WDW Area.

Yuck

It's those imbedded thunderstorms that get you! A little rain is fine, but downpours and such keep everyone at the inside attractions! Oh well. I guess if you're down there, just prepare for it as best as possible.:goodnevil

Yeah the Fay thing was, it just didn't move, so we had rain for days. This one looks slow, too, but a lot smaller than Fay, and further North.

Rain or no rain, we are going to be there for the day tomorrow. :)

You might have less rain than you would at Daytona. I agree with luv, we really need the rain, but I'm surprised there isn't more chatter about this storm (though like I said, I don't think it's going to be anything significant)

I think it is predicted to affect the Northeastern/Northern part of the state (along the GA border) before heading back out to sea. There should be minimal, if any, affects felt at WDW.

I am able to move everything indoors, so as long as people can get to my house, the party is on. I have lots of room to put people up - and a generator. ;)

Sounds like wdwmagic pays its Moderators pretty well, huh? ;)
