Ok! At just about where the BTMRR is, or rather right behind it, there is a small offshoot of the Rivers of America. Here, the Liberty Belle switches track and begins a journey down these waters. After passing under the rr tracks, the boat enters the backstage area where the water "plant" is located, and the dry docks. (that was a complete guess based on an aerial shot off Mapquest!!):animwink:
