OK here's the issue, we are going JUNE 14-21st 2006. We have 5 people and our original plans were to stay at POR. We are now looking into maybe upgrading to a deluxe so that we will have more room. We were thinking maybe the beach club? Anyone have any insight?

We love the Poly so I would suggest there. You don't say how old your group is. The Contemporary has the biggest rooms on property with the Poly very close in size. We've stayed at both with 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers and it can get a little crowded stumbling around each other's shoes, bags, suitcases, etc. How about 2 rooms at POR with a connecting door between them? This means 2 bathrooms plus more bed room.

It depends on which park you think you'll spend the most time in. My kids love Epcot so if it were us we'd pick the Beach Club over one of the MK resorts. The YC/BC pool is great if that's a consideration too.

We have stayed at the Contemporary & Polynesian which sleep 5 and the rooms are not cramped. The WL only sleeps 4, unless you get a small suite ($$$). We had family stay in one (2 adults & 3 kids) and they had more than enough room.

If you get two connecting rooms at POR it will be less expensive than one at Beach Club, Poly, Cont, but that may not be an issue. I know that having only 4 people (2 kids, 2 adults) can be kind of crowded in a moderate size room.
