Strange Items Bearing Mickey

I saw this on eBay and I was shocked about it. I could see Mickey being on it but the fact that it says Mickey Kids on it was something I found wrong.

I know about that stuff, but it was not known back then the dangers of smoking. And I really don't have the problem with Mickey on the lighter and such, it is the fact it says Mickey Kids on the cigarette holder.
