How deep is the pool, specifically at the end of the shipwreck slide?

I am not sure about that section, but I know in some of the other parts it is 8 foot deep, others are only 4. (When I was there in May, the slide was closed)

I agree with the above poster.

The depth at the slide is about 4 ft, give or take a half foot.

I don't think any part of the pool would go over the shoulders of the average person. I had a dislike of deep water as a child, and I remember not having a problem with any part of Stormalong Bay.

The slide ends into like 3 to 4 feet. Those 8 foot drops are clearly marked but not near the slide.

It's marked 4 foot,but there is a fairly thick layer of sand in that area as well.

There most certainly areas deeper than my shoulders and I'm 6' 3"!!!

Some areas are 8' deep, but as stated they're well marked.

I believe in the opposite end of the pool from the slide, where the lazy river is, it's about 8 feet deep.
