"WDI finally learns how to effectively balance budget".
Well that just became a desktop image.
Interesting, but the speed of motion for the turntable as portayed in that video seems absurdly optimistic. The amount of force needed to manipulate a theater that large would be extreme.
Plus, with such a huge diameter for the motion base, riders on the sides are going to get a dramatically more intense ride than those in the center.
I would love to have a Wall-E attraction in Tomorrowland. This is one of my favorite movies! I think this movie would be a better fit than Wreck-It Ralph. Let me say, I know it is wishful thinking.
but honestly Monsters Laugh Floor should be moved to the Studios. While I find it a cute attraction, it is the wrong note for Tomorrowland... the Little Green Men flying saucer spinner would have been better there...built indoors completely with a planetarium starfield ceiling and effects...What could be more futuristic than riding in a flying saucer through outer space...would be a good alternative to Space Mountain for the little ones... Cool outer space effects, lots of eye candy, simple ride system...... at least thematically it would be a fit and a good side by side partner with Buzz Lightyear next door.Of the IP attractions currently in Tomorrowland, Wall-E belongs there the most. However, it would be the third Pixar film included, kind of making Tomorrowland the real Pixar Place.
Mr. Martin's Wild Ride.I know the uncertainty is wild! I can't wait to tune in next week to see what Disney Icon will be changed forever!
yes please
I can't tell if you're joking or not but it doesn't seem like it.I think the replacement is indeed Alien Encounter..
With all of the internet popularity of X-S Tech (myself included LOVES the X-S storyline!), and with Disney potentially realizing that their fans and geeks control their economy with Adam Smith's Invisible Hand, they got Plenty of Demand to pull it off as long as their green on their wallets
Well.... they did. Three times.I agree, I wish Disney would create something completely new for Tomorrowland that is actually the proper thematic fit for Tomorrowland....and then knock it out of the park...I know they have the resources to do this if they just quit constantly shaving the budget and designing by committee....
recently?Well.... they did. Three times.
