Rumor Stitch's Great Escape Replacement— Don’t Hold Your Breath

Interesting, but the speed of motion for the turntable as portayed in that video seems absurdly optimistic. The amount of force needed to manipulate a theater that large would be extreme.

Plus, with such a huge diameter for the motion base, riders on the sides are going to get a dramatically more intense ride than those in the center.

Not really. With Hydraulics, yes I'd agree that it's optimistic, but with LIM's (linear induction motor's) it's is really quite possible. Basically the entire platform XYZ axis simulator with a LIM turntable mounted on top.

Of the IP attractions currently in Tomorrowland, Wall-E belongs there the most. However, it would be the third Pixar film included, kind of making Tomorrowland the real Pixar Place.
but honestly Monsters Laugh Floor should be moved to the Studios. While I find it a cute attraction, it is the wrong note for Tomorrowland... the Little Green Men flying saucer spinner would have been better there...built indoors completely with a planetarium starfield ceiling and effects...What could be more futuristic than riding in a flying saucer through outer space...would be a good alternative to Space Mountain for the little ones... Cool outer space effects, lots of eye candy, simple ride system...... at least thematically it would be a fit and a good side by side partner with Buzz Lightyear next door.

I think the replacement is indeed Alien Encounter..
With all of the internet popularity of X-S Tech (myself included LOVES the X-S storyline!), and with Disney potentially realizing that their fans and geeks control their economy with Adam Smith's Invisible Hand, they got Plenty of Demand to pull it off as long as their green on their wallets ;)
I can't tell if you're joking or not but it doesn't seem like it.

If you're not...I think you're grossly overestimating things. If so...I look like an idiot haha.

I didn't have a ton of interest in a Wreck it Ralph attraction unless it were to replace the Autopia...and even then, a Sugar Rush themed racetrack would blend the fantasyland/tomorrowland boundary well if done right...but sitting in a round room with another round attraction that's somehow based on it...not thrilling...but...I have no idea what's being hinted at...I just hope it's something that really truly benefits MK's Tommorrowland...as it kinda sucks.

I didn't see this mentioned anywhere here, if I missed it in the 60 pages of this thread forgive me. Stick is no longer mentioned on the Peoplemover.

Is it me or does WDW usually get the short end of the stick? I'm sure budgets are being cut everywhere but feel WDW gets screwed the most. Oh well now we just sit and wait for whatever happens. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if Stitch says seasonal until some other last min attraction takes its place.

I'd say it's more "designing by spreadsheet" than "designing by committee", but... ToMAYto, toMAHto. :D

Just think of what could have been if... TWDC had actually funneled even half of the profits generated by P&R back into P&R for the past 15 years. And don't give me any lame BS excuses about MagicBands and FP+ being "investments in the parks", because they aren't. Oh, what WDI could have done...
