No. The "new attraction" that started this thread was a replacement for SGE. Which, in theory, is still coming at some point.
Okay cool. I remember people talking about Wreck It Ralph replacing Stich and thing got quiet regarding that IP. It will be interesting to see what happens if the new movie does well.

Once SGE gets replaced, will this be the first show building to be home to 4 different attractions in the park's history?

That is like saying Test Track was replaced by Test Track and Soarin’ Around the World replaced Soarin’ Over California. They were upgrades to the ride, unlike an actual replacement like Frozen: Ever After to Maelstrom. The Stitch’s Great Escape building will be the first to 5.

I agree with you on the Buzz building, but not on the World of Motion to Soarin building. World of Motion to Test Track to Test Track 2.0 counts as 3 to me.
