Stitch's Great Escape! Limited Guest Previews are Now Underway.

Today I heard Pleakley's voice leaking out, so it's possible some type of activity is going on, but not guests. They were still working inside the attraction today, between the second preshow and the chambers, so I really don't think guests have been in yet. There was definitely some major noise coming from the right chamber, which is a good sign. As of now, they're shooting for a mid-November opening, but keep your fingers crossed. There's always a possibility that it will open somewhat sooner.

I am a TLand cast member and i can tell you right now there are NO previews going on right now for anyone. They just started training cast members this week at the attraction and the chambers were not even ready so they just had to talk about what would happen and what buttons to press because it is not ready to be operated by cast members. Also, if managers had previews I can tell you they must have been VERY high up because NO tomorrowland managers have had the opportunity to see the show.

Since I am not allowed to give any personal opinion about this attraction (or it's exterior), I will not do so :lol:. Even if I do like how the exterior doesn't look exactly like AE (which is a good thing).

Hopefully these previews will happen soon. I can't wait to hear other opinions.

Personally, I'm wishing it would open in later because of its possible effects on OTHER TL attractions. :lookaroun :zipit:

I have to agree there. I'm sorta between a rock and a hard place right now. Stitch is my second favorite character, so I really want to see SGE on my November trip. But, at the same time, I have the same concerns about 2 other TL attractions. I also really want to see attractions like CoP on my trip, and if I see SGE, then it's quite possible I may not see CoP. I don't wanna see CoP and Timekeeper close forever. We really should start a petition or something to send in to keep these in MK...

I rode with the CMs when they were having a preview. It was strange. I was the only guest on the whole Centerfuge, all the rest were CMs. But atleast the CMs I rode with were pointing out the Hidden Mickeys that they spotted right away.

I'm going the weekend before Thanksgiving. Should SGE be up and running by then? I hope I'm not asking a tedious question. I've been absent from the boards with all the hurricanes and school but since I am going with my girlfriends family next month I wanna know what'll be up (she has NEVER been there!??!?!) ...also not to get off topic but will the Lagoon and other construction be finished by then?

It is not guaranteed at this time, but is likely.

Just got news today that thiis Tuesday, Oct. 5th, they will be doing previews of SGE with guests but I think it will be the whole "specially selected guests" like they have done for other attractions. However, I do not know how they will select these guests. But be adivsed...TUESDAY TUESDAY TUESDAY :sohappy:

My source is ME. I have been a tomorrowland cast member for over 5years. Do you want the names of the trainers who told me? I walk through SGE everyday, and I ask management about the attraction almost everyday because i have been itching to work it since we heard of AI's replacement. I don't know what kind of "source" you are looking for. My area manager's name is Jeff Terry if you want to give him a ring look him up on the portal.

Last I checked Patricks picture is still up in the M:S trailer.... we all got a good laugh but then it faded and we moved on to laughing at other people... but still a funny incident.

From previous "testing sessions" expect the testing to be around 3 or 4pm... WDI is still in control... and at least for Space, they liked to end their day shift with guest testing...
