You don't think if someone even thought they got Covid from the parks that they wouldn't report it?
What did you see at DS that would lead you to conclude the virus has spread, (for sure)?

Orange County publicly stated they cannot contact trace more than about 300 cases per day. The county is currently reporting 639 new cases on February 1 and 9,746 new cases in the past two weeks. Just like the people who claim to definitely know where they got food poisoning, self tracing is unreliable and not going to be considered valid.

People ARE coming to theme parks with Covid. Both knowingly and unknowingly.
